Data Centre Operator

- Undergraduate or above in Computer or related disciplines
- Over 3 years experience in infrastructure room operation and maintenance, system operation and system support
- Preferably with some cabling technical background and experience
- Familiar with the technical specifications and standards room of management system is preferred.
- Experience in bankingroom operation and maintenance and operation of the banking system and support in an added advantage
- Requires 7 X 24 working shifts
- Good communication and writing skills in English and Mandarin preferred.

- Responsible for IT service hotline and provide IT support services.
- Responsible for business systems’ daily operation, data backup and backup tape management.
- Responsible for the operation of business systems and network monitoring and provide immediate response.
- Responsible for managing access control room, operation room environmental management, operation room equipment monitoring and management.
- Inspection of operation room environment and equipments.
- Assist in handling overseas institutional system production problems.
