Project Manager (Business Solutions) (FinTech)





Major Responsibilities:

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Create and maintain project plans and schedules, and ensure the project requirements are defined and meet the project’s objectives
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Monitor project progress against plan
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the clients and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project management documentation
- Prepare discussion papers and meeting materials for boards and committees
- Organize workshops and coordinate promotional events
-- Perform other duties or projects as assigned


- University education with over 8 years of relevant experience preferably in financial
institutions or consulting firms of which at least 3 years at managerial level
- Project management related certificate holder is preferred
- Experience in delivering Fintech project is a plus

- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Creative problem-solving skills for maintaining project timelines and developing alternative scenarios
- Ability to deal with both business users and technical personnel
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese as well as fluency in Putonghua
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for a junior role
